The mahogany glider is an extremely rare species of gliding possum found only in the fragmented woodlands, in a very small area of Queensland’s wet tropics.

Beautiful Coloured Design
The coin’s reverse features a coloured mahogany glider perched on a tree branch framed by gumnuts and gum leaves. The design includes the inscription MAHOGANY GLIDER.
